Most people don’t grow up lifting weights. They walk into a gym, look around, and feel lost, intimidated, or unsure where to start. They bounce between machines, copy workouts from Instagram, or hide in the corner and hope no one watches. Eventually, they stop showing up, not because they’re weak, but because they never had the guidance, confidence, or support to succeed.
We built DSTRCT-04 to change that.
We believe strength training is one of the most powerful tools for improving your body, mind, and life, and that it should be simple to learn, safe to start, and supportive from day one. No egos. No intimidation. No guessing games. Just real coaching, real community, and real progress.

CLASSES

Framework classes are the base of our entire schedule. The emphasis is on strength (ensuring the weight is heavy) and tempo (controlled with the proper technique).
Our experienced trainers will guide you through each session, ensuring that you can progress at your own pace while providing individualised support.
Framework classes are offered in lower-body and upper-body.

Compound classes focus on high-volume strength and hypertrophy training. Each session includes supersets, pairing two exercises that target the same muscle group for maximum muscle engagement.
Compound classes are split into lower-body and upper-body.

Ticker is our version of HIIT-style training. The program alternates between short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.
This class will get your heart rate through the roof and challenge you with high endurance and high-energy fitness.

A strength-focused small group class designed for parents with pēpē (babies) in tow.
These sessions follow the DSTRCT program with added flexibility to create a calm, supportive environment. Expect strength work, expert coaching, and space to pause when needed — all while your little ones relax nearby. Move at your own pace, connect with other parents, and build strength in good company.
