THE TRAINING

  • Framework classes are the base of our entire schedule. The emphasis is on strength (ensuring the weight is heavy) and tempo (controlled with the proper technique).

    Our experienced trainers will guide you through each session, ensuring that you can progress at your own pace while providing individualised support.

    Framework classes are offered in lower-body and upper-body.

  • Compound classes focus on high-volume strength and hypertrophy training. Each session includes supersets, pairing two exercises that target the same muscle group for maximum muscle engagement.

  • Ticker is our version of HIIT-style training. The program alternates between short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.

    This class will get your heart rate through the roof and challenge you with high endurance and high-energy fitness.

  • A strength-focused small group class designed for parents with pēpē (babies) in tow.

    These sessions follow the DSTRCT program with added flexibility to create a calm, supportive environment. Expect strength work, expert coaching, and space to pause when needed — all while your little ones relax nearby. Move at your own pace, connect with other parents, and build strength in good company.
